摘要
针对高校辅导员队伍建设存在的突出难题,采用政策和实践探索相结合的分析方法,分析制约其发展的各种因素。提出辅导员选拔聘任、培养教育、考核测评、激励保障等全方位发展的有效措施,构建辅导员队伍"双化"建设长效机制,最终实现高校辅导员队伍健康可持续发展。研究结论对高校辅导员建设有指导意义。
The article analyzes th factors of the prominent problems by combining policy analysis with practice. It also proposes effective measures to achieve development on all fronts that involve eounselors' selecting, employing, training, educating, examining, evaluating, encouraging and security,to build long--term mechanism of college counselors' "shuanghua" and eventually achieve college counselors' healthy and sustainable development.
