摘要
体育产业管理者沟通能力是影响企业管理绩效的重要因素。本研究运用自编"管理者沟通能力问卷"、"员工组织行为问卷",对重庆、成都、北京、沈阳等城市的189名体育产业管理者进行测量,对数据资料采用SPSS11.0社会统计分析软件包进行沟通能力与员工离职倾向的多元逐步回归分析。结果表明,沟通能力对于员工离职倾向具有较高预测性,其中管理沟通能力对离职倾向的解释能力较强,从而证实员工离职倾向是可以作为检验沟通能力的重要效标;言语表达能力在对离职倾向的回归方程中占据最大成分。
The sport industry manager's communication competency is a very important factor that influences the enterprise management performance.This study,applying self-constructed "Questionnaire of manager's communication competency" and "Questionnaire of employees' Organizational Behavior",measured 189 sport industry managers and employee from the following cities,Chongqing,Chengdu,Beijing,and Shenyang.The SPSS11.0 was used in the statistics.The results of multiple stepwise linear regression analysis at communication competency toward turnover intention revealed that it is communication competency that contains a higher predictive ability towards turnover intention.Among which management communication competency has a strong say in explaining turnover intention.Thus the authors conclude that group cohesion can be viewed as an important performance standard of testing communication competency,and language-expressing competency takes the largest part in the regression equation of turnover intention.
