摘要 以体育锻炼促进心理效益理念为指导,运用心理测量方法对老年人参加体育锻炼促进心理效益进行探讨。结果表明:(1)老年人参加体育锻炼者较多,锻炼年限较长,每周锻炼频次较多,每次锻炼时间较长。锻炼的主要项目为:长走(散步)、健美操、舞蹈和气功;(2)参加体育锻炼的老年人心理健康水平显著高于不参加体育锻炼的老年人;(3)参加体育锻炼5年及以上的老年人心理健康水平好于5年以下的老年人;(4)每周参加体育锻炼5次及以上的老年人心理健康水平显著好于每周锻炼5次以下的老年人;(5)每次锻炼30分钟及以上的老年人心理健康水平显著好于每次锻炼30分钟以下的老年人。这一研究对促进老年人参加体育锻炼的心理效益提供实证依据。 According to idea that physical exercises can promote mental health,this research discusses mental effects of physical exercise by mental measurement.The result shows:(1) The elderly participating in physical exercises are more,the time they participating in physical exercises is long.Their main items of exercise are long walk,aerobics,dance,and Qigong;(2) Mental health of the elderly who have participated physical exercise is significantly higher than the elderly who haven't participated physical exercise;(3)Mental health of the elderly who have participated in physical exercises 5-years and more than 5-years is significantly better than the elderly who have participated physical exercises less than 5-years;(4)Mental health of the elderly who have participated physical exercise 5 times and more than 5 times every week is significantly better than the elderly they have participated physical exercise less than 5 times every week;(5)Mental health of the elderly they had participated physical exercises 30 minutes and more than 30 minutes is significantly better than the elderly they had participated exercises less than 30 minutes.The research offers quantitative basis in promoting the elderly mental health of participating in physical exercises.
