摘要
试验设定提取次数、浸泡时间、提取时间、溶媒用量等为影响因素,以多糖浸出量、黄酮浸出量和浸膏得率为评价指标,在单因素分析的基础上应用均匀设计优化提取工艺。其最佳工艺条件为:加水浸泡90min,提取2次,加水量为38,36倍,提取时间1.75,1.5h。在该提取条件玉米须中黄酮和多糖的提取量较高。
The polysaccharide amount,flavones amount and the extraction rate of extractum of Stigma Maydis were chosen as the assessment index.On the basis of the effects of some factors such as the times of extraction, macerating time,extracting time, solvent volume etc., the optimum extraction process was selected with the uniform design. The optimal process conditions were:macerated for 90min in water, extracting for 2 times,with water of 38,36 times of the Stigma Maydis respectively, 1.75 h,1.5 h, respectively. The extraction process of optimization can extract more flavones and polysaccharide,and can provide the test foundation for production.
