摘要 对速溶女贞子提取物的制备工艺进行研究。结果表明,速溶女贞子提取物的最佳制备工艺为:以水为提取剂,提取温度在100℃,液料比27∶1(v∶m),提取液pH值9,提取30min,在0℃冰箱中静置24h后高速离心(10000r/min)20min,然后在70℃下,0.1MPa下减压浓缩,冷冻干燥7d后即可获得较好的速溶女贞子提取物。 Studied the preparation process of instant Ligustrum lucidum extracts. The results showed that the optimal process for the Ligustrum lucidum extracts preparation were as follows: firstly, put the material in 100 ℃ for 30min, with ratio of material to liquid 1∶27 and pH 9; secondly, preserving the extracts in refrigerator for 24 h under 0 ℃ and then centrifugating the extracts for20 min (10 000 r/min): thirdly, vacuum concentrating the extracts under 70 ℃, 0.1Mpa, and freeze-drying for 7 days.
