提升农林特产资源禀赋水平,构建农林特产资源可持续利用评价体系,对于建设特色农业意义重大。通过农林特产资源的价值分析,得出影响农林特产资源价值构成的要素,即经济效益、社会效益、生态效益,并以其为准则,运用层次分析法建立了农林特产资源保护与可持续性评价指标体系,而且该指标体系涵盖了农林特产资源保护状况的信息;最后利用模糊数学工具和已建立的指标体系构建了农林特产资源保护与可持续性评价的模糊综合评判数学模型。

It has a significant meaning for building agriculture with characteristics,to improve specialty resources quality in agriculture and forest and to establish an evaluation system for sustainable utilization of the resources.After analyzing the value of specialty resources,the paper concluded the factors affecting value of the resources,that is,economic effect,social effect,ecological effect,and took them as guide lines to build an evaluation index system for sustainability and resources conservation,and finally,employed fuzzy mathematics and established index system to build a fuzzy mathematic mode of comprehensive judgment for resources conservation and sustainable evaluation of agricultural and forestry specialties.
