摘要
研究了以Ca0.3(Li1/2Sm1/2)0.7Ti O3(CLST)为基料,CaO-B2O3-Si O2(CBS)复合氧化物为烧结助剂的微波介质陶瓷的低温烧结行为及微波介电特性。研究表明,添加5%-20%CBS复合氧化物的CLST陶瓷烧结后其晶相仍呈斜方钙钛矿结构。随着CBS添加量的增加,陶瓷体积密度、介电常数εr、无载品质因数与谐振频率乘积Qf值,谐振频率温度系数τf都呈先增加后降低的趋势。添加10%CBS的CLST陶瓷可在1 000℃保温5 h烧结,此时,陶瓷具有良好的微波介电性能:εr=80.21,Qf=2 128 GHz,τf=35.88×10^-6/℃。
The low temperature sintering process and the microwave dielectric properties of a microwave dielectric material based on Ca0.3(Li1/2Sm1/2)0.7TiO3(CLST) ceramic with CaO-B2O3-SiO2(CBS) multiplicity oxide additive were investigated.The results indicate that no the second phases were found within 5%~20% range of CBS doping contents and the major phase of CLST ceramics is still orthorhombic perovskite.With the increase of CBS content,the bulk density,the dielectric constant εr,the product of quality factor and resonance frequency Qf value and the temperature coefficient of resonant frequency τf of CLST ceramics all increase first and then decrease.The sample of CLST with 10% CBS sintered at 1 000 ℃ for 5 h has excellent microwave dielectric properties:εr=80.21,Qf=2 128 GHz,τf= 35.88×10^-6/℃.
