摘要
利用快硬硫铝酸盐水泥、碱金属碳酸盐早强剂、无机三元酸缓凝剂和聚羧酸高效减水剂配制了C50超早强混凝土,其12 h抗压强度大于37 MPa,3 d抗压强度大于59 MPa。对比C50普通混凝土,研究超早强混凝土的耐久性能,研究结果表明,超早强混凝土的抗氯离子渗透性能、抗碳化性能和耐磨性能与普通混凝土相当,而其抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能大大优于普通混凝土。
In this paper,the C50 ultra-high-early-strength concrete is prepared with rapid-harden sulphoaluminate cement,alkali carbonate early strength agent, inorganic tribasic acid retarder and polycarboxylate water reducing agent.The compressive strength at 12 h exceeds 37 MPa and at 3 days exceeds 59 MPa.Compared to the C50 ordinary reference concrete,the durability of the ultra-high-early strength concrete is investigated.The results indicate that the C50 ultra-highearly-strength concrete has the same chloride ion permeability resistance,carbonization resistance and abrasion resistance to the C50 ordinary concrete.As to the sulfate resistance,the ultra-high-early-strength concrete is much better than the ordinary concrete.
