摘要
为提高搅拌质量和机器工作可靠性,采用理论分析和试验研究相结合的方法,分析了振动搅拌不同激振方式对混凝土搅拌性能的影响,确定了振动搅拌装置设计和使用时的合理激振方式。结果表明:内置专用激振方式的振动与搅拌机构相分离,只有振动强度达到20时才能保证混合料受到足够的振动作用;而内置复合激振方式的振动与搅拌机构相结合,需要的振动强度仅约为4,在普通振动机械的范围内,能够在混凝土快速拌匀的同时保证设备的使用寿命。
In order to improve mixing quality and reliability of the mixer,the influence of various mixing vibration modes on concrete mixing performance is analyzed by the method combining with theoretical analysis and experimental research,then rational mode is given.The results indicate that the interior special vibration is separated from mixing mechanism and the vibration intensity should be up to 20 so as to ensure that the mixture can receive enough vibration effect; while the interior compound vibration is integrated with mixing mechanism and the necessary vibration intensity is just 4,within the scope of ordinary vibration machine,under which the concrete can be mixed uniformly in a short time and meanwhile,the service life of the mixer can be guaranteed.
