基于模糊正交法的水泥稳定碎石集料级配优选 被引量:6

Optimum Design of Aggregate Gradation for Cement Stabilized Macadam Based on the Fuzzy Orthogonal Method

摘要 集料级配是影响水泥稳定碎石路用性能的重要因素。为了优选出强度高、抗裂性好的水泥稳定碎石混合料集料级配,采用正交试验设计方法,对经验级配范围内16种集料级配的水泥稳定碎石试件分别进行无侧限抗压强度、劈裂强度和干缩等物理力学试验,并运用模糊正交的理论和方法对试验结果进行了分析评判。结果表明:粒径大于13.2 mm粗集料和2.36 mm细集料的多少直接关系到混合料骨架密实型结构形成,对水泥稳定碎石基层综合路用性能影响最大;靠近经验级配范围下限的水泥稳定碎石混合料无侧限抗压强度、劈裂强度和最大干缩应变等路用性能较好。 Aggregate gradation is the importance factor of pavement performance of cement-stabilized macadam.In order to select aggregate gradation with high strength and low shrinkage crack,orthogonal design of gradation is designed in the experiential gradation range.And relevant experiments of 16 gradations for cement-stabilized macadam are done such as unconfined compressive strength,splitting tensile strength and dry shrinkage.Based on this,experiments results are analyzed by the fuzzy orthogonal.The results show that the quantity of particle size of coarse aggregate no less than 13.2 mm and particle size of fine aggregate with 2.36 mm is directly related to the formation of skeleton dense structure and is the most important influence factor.Aggregate gradation closed to the lower limit of experiential gradation range performs better.
