布敦岩沥青对沥青胶浆高温流变特性的影响 被引量:40

Research on High Temperature Rheological Characteristics of Asphalt Mastics with Indonesian Buton Rock Asphalt(BRA)

摘要 利用动态剪切流变仪(DSR)对不同掺量的布敦岩沥青(BRA)改性沥青矿粉胶浆分别进行应变扫描、频率扫描和温度扫描试验,研究不同掺量布敦岩沥青对沥青矿粉胶浆高温流变特性的影响。结果发现,随着BRA掺量的增加,沥青胶浆弹性成分提高,车辙因子增大,显著改善了胶浆的高温流变特性,掺量20%的岩沥青胶浆具有与SBS改性沥青胶浆相当的抗车辙性能;在高频作用下,胶浆高温性能越好;但是布敦岩沥青对胶浆的温度敏感性并未改善。 Dynamic frequency sweep tests,dynamic temperature sweep tests and strain sweep tests of asphalt mastics containing mineral fillers with different contents of Indonesian BRA are implemented using dynamic shear rheological(DSR) and the effect of BRA on high temperature rheological characteristics of asphalt mastics are investigated.The results show that the elasticity component and rutting parameters of asphalt mastics containing mineral fillers are improved as the increase of the BRA content and BRA can improve the high temperature rheological characteristics of mineral mastics obviously.The rutting resistance of asphalt mastics with the BRA content of 20% is same as SBS modified asphalt mastics.Asphalt mastics have excellent rutting performance at high frequency.However,the temperature sensitivity of asphalt mastics combined BRA are not improved.
