基于满意度最大化的高校学费定价模型

Higher Education Tuition Pricing Model Based on the Maximum Satisfaction

教育成本的合理分担与学费定价标准,是目前高等教育所面临的重要问题。该文考虑了生均培养费用、个人以及社会敏感系数,在个人和社会的约束条件下,引入了学生个人及社会的满意度,建立了一个以总满意度最大为目标的高校收费标准的优化模型。运用该模型分别对部属、省属和州市属3类高校进行学费定价,并与卡尔逊学费定价模型进行了比较,给出了学费的合理制定标准和相关建议。

The reasonable higher education cost-sharing and the tuition pricing standard are key issues of the higher education.This paper constructs a tuitionpricing model which is aim for the maximal total satisfaction coefficients.The average cultivation cost of students is taken into consider together with the sensitivity coefficients based on the restraints of the personality and society.Besides,the tuition pricing of three different levels of universities are calculated.By Comparing with the Colson model,the reasonable pricing criterion and suggestion are put forward.
