介绍了提高70.5 m3PVC聚合釜产量的各种措施,包括提高反应速率、保证连续稳定生产、改进工艺配方及缩短辅助时间等;这些措施的有效实施,使PVC产量大幅提高,设计产能4万t/a的PVC聚合装置最高产量达到了58 700 t/a。
Various measures to improve the output of 70.5 m^3 PVC polymerization reactor were introduced, such as improving the reaction rate, ensuring continuous and stable production, improving technological formulation and shortening auxiliary time, etc. The efficient implementation of these measures greatly increasd the output of PVC, making the output of polymerization facility with 40 kt/a design production capacity reach 58 700 tons per year.
