摘要
应用正交试验设计对贵州石笔木的种子萌发进行研究。结果表明:在25℃的条件下,用100 mg/L的GA3能使贵州石笔木的种子较快萌发,且出苗率相对最高,通过直观分析和方差分析发现,生长激素对贵州石笔木的种子萌发影响最大,其次是温度,这两种因素都能极显著地促进贵州石笔木种子的萌发。
Applying orthogonal experiment design,the germination of Tutcheria Kweichowensis was studied.The results showed that 100 mg/L GA3＋25 ℃ was suitable for Tutcheria Kweichowensis seed germination.And the germination rate was the highest.Statistic analysis indicated that the main factor which influenced were phytohormone,and temperature was secondly.And the two factors had significant effect to Tutcheria Kweichowensis seed germination.
