周围型非小细胞肺癌CT征象与EGFR表达的关系 被引量:4

Relationship of Computed Tomography Features with EGFR Expression in Peripheral Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

摘要 [目的]探讨周围型非小细胞肺癌CT征象与表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)表达的关系。[方法]采用免疫组织化学二步法检测72例经病理证实的周围型非小细胞肺癌(腺癌51例,鳞癌21例)组织中EGFR的表达情况,并分析其与CT征象的关系。[结果]72例周围型非小细胞肺癌中EGFR阳性率52.78%(38/72)。EGFR表达与CT征象中的深分叶征、棘突征、纵隔淋巴结转移及CT增强阳性有关(P均<0.05)。[结论]非小细胞肺癌中EGFR高表达与CT征象的深分叶征、棘突征、纵隔淋巴结转移及CT增强阳性有关。 [Purpose] To investigate relationship of CT features with epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) expression in peripheral non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). [Methods] The expression of EGFR in 72 cases with peripheral NSCLC (51 cases with adenocarcinoma, 21 cases with squamous cell carcinoma) was detected by immunohistochemical method. The relationship of EGFR expression with CT features was analyzed. [Results] The positive expression rate of EGFR in peripheral NSCLC was 52.78%(38/72). The expression of EGFR was related to CT features of deep lobulation, spinous process, mediastinal lymph node metastasis and positive enhancement of CT scan (all P〈0.05). [Conclusions] The overexpression of EGFR is related to peripheral NSCLC CT features of deep lobulation, spinous process, mediastinal lymph node metastasis and positive enhancement of CT scan.
