^(18)F-FDG符合线路显像联合血清CEA、糖类抗原50检测在肺癌诊断中的价值

The Diagnostic Value of ^(18)F-FDG Coincidence Imaging Combined with Serum CEA and CA-50 Detection in Lung Cancer

[目的]探讨18F-FDG符合线路显像联合血清癌胚抗原(CEA)、糖类抗原50(CA-50)检测对肺癌诊断的价值。[方法]对198例经CT扫描疑似肺癌患者行18F-FDG符合线路显像、血清CEA及CA-50检测,分别计算其敏感度、特异性及准确率。[结果]18F-FDG符合线路显像联合血清CEA、CA-50检测敏感度为100%,特异性为91.15%,准确率为94.44%,均明显高于单一指标检测。[结论]18F-FDG符合线路显像联合血清CEA、CA-50检测能够明显提高对肺癌诊断效能。

[Purpose] To investigate the diagnostic value of 18F-FDG coincidence imaging combined with serum CEA and CA-50 detection for lung cancer. [Methods] One hundred and ninetyeight patients who were suspected to have lung cancer after the CT examination underwent 18FFDG coincidence imaging and test of serum CEA and CA-50. The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy were calculated respectively. [Results] The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of 18F-FDG coincidence imaging combined with serum CEA and CA-50 detection were 100%, 91.15% and 94.44% respectively, those was significantly higher than those detected with 18F-FDG coincidence imaging alone. [Conclusion] 18F-FDG coincidence imaging combined with serum CEA and CA-50 detection can obviously improve the diagnostic efficiency for lung cancer.
