本文提出了文化共享工程服务政策需遵循的总原则,概述了目前工程已争取到的政策优惠,总结了这些优惠政策在资源建设、传输、服务方面的具体实施,论述了文化共享工程与数字图书馆的关系,在此基础上探讨了数字图书馆的服务政策。

This paper puts forward the general principles of the service policy of cultural sharing engineering ,gives a brief account of preferential policy of the current project,sums up the implement of the preferential policy in construction,transport and services of resources ,and expounds the relation between cultural common sharing engineering and digital library and discusses the service policy of digital library on this basis.
