知识服务根据用户的需求以及疑难问题作为中心目的,其最终结果是帮助用户形成适应自身具体要求的知识性产品以及服务。以知识服务的内涵、操作流程、层次分布、研究细则以及服务型体系的建造渠道为角度,解读图书情报领城的知识服务能力并对其评价。这有助于我们明确知识服务能力的指标体系,培养专业人员的知识服务能力,促进图书馆信息服务的提升。
Based on user's needs and problems as centralized aim knowledge service the ultimate result of knowledge service is to help users to adapt their knowledge products and service with specific requirements. The essay introduces the connotation,processing procedure and structure,analyzes specifications of knowledge service and researches how to build t he service-oriented system of knowledge service. It's helpful for us to make clear the index system and relative works of library and information industry and therefore foster professionals' knowledge and service level,and promote the progression of library and information service capability.
