15例宫颈病变锥形切除术后妊娠护理

Pregnant nursing after conization in 15 cases of cervical lesions

目的:探讨宫颈锥形切除术对宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)患者妊娠结局的影响。方法:回顾分析15例因CIN实施宫颈锥切术后患者,妊娠合并宫颈机能不全的治疗情况及护理措施。结果:15例妊娠患者中,1例自然流产,其余14例患者新生儿均存活。结论:孕中期干预治疗与精心护理可延长孕周,提高新生儿存活率。

Objective：To discuss the pregnancy outcome after cervical conization of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia （CIN）.Meth-ods：In a retrospective study,we analyzed the gestation outcome of 15 CIN patients after cervical conization in the treatment of cervical incompetence and nursing measures.Results：All gave birth except one case of spontaneous abortion.And all newborns were alive.Con-clusion：Duration of pregnancies will be extended and newborn survial rate will be improved after innterference therapy and intensive nursing care of CIN patients in the second trimester.
