Effects of Organizational Innovation Climate on Innovative Performance

摘要目的:探究组织创新气氛对其创新绩效的影响作用机制。方法:在控制了人口学变量之后,对10家企业的413名被试的数据进行共同方法偏差检验和层级回归。结果:企业的激励机制显著影响创新绩效中的创新意愿和创新结果,领导躬行对创新意愿具有显著的预测作用,创新行动受到团队协力因素的显著影响,资源保障能够有效预测创新意愿和结果,自主工作对创新绩效的三个成分均具有显著的预测力。结论:组织创新气氛能够有效的预测创新绩效。 Objective： To probe the effects of organizational innovation climate on innovative performance. Methods： After controlling demography variable, 413 participants from 10 enterprises was measured with COIC （A Questionnaire of Chinese Organizational Innovation Climate）. Results： Findings of hierarchical regression analyses showed that organizational innovation climate had positive effect on innovative performance （including innovative willingness, innovative action, and innovative result）. Conclusion： Organizational Innovation Climate has a significant prediction effect on innovative performance.
