摘要
目的:探究组织创新气氛对其创新绩效的影响作用机制。方法:在控制了人口学变量之后,对10家企业的413名被试的数据进行共同方法偏差检验和层级回归。结果:企业的激励机制显著影响创新绩效中的创新意愿和创新结果,领导躬行对创新意愿具有显著的预测作用,创新行动受到团队协力因素的显著影响,资源保障能够有效预测创新意愿和结果,自主工作对创新绩效的三个成分均具有显著的预测力。结论:组织创新气氛能够有效的预测创新绩效。
Objective: To probe the effects of organizational innovation climate on innovative performance. Methods: After controlling demography variable, 413 participants from 10 enterprises was measured with COIC (A Questionnaire of Chinese Organizational Innovation Climate). Results: Findings of hierarchical regression analyses showed that organizational innovation climate had positive effect on innovative performance (including innovative willingness, innovative action, and innovative result). Conclusion: Organizational Innovation Climate has a significant prediction effect on innovative performance.
