NaCl胁迫对3种不同处理四翅滨藜种子萌发的影响 被引量:22

摘要 为了探讨储藏条件和盐胁迫对四翅滨藜种子萌芽力的影响,以冷藏10个月(冷藏种子)、自然存放10个月(新种子)、自然存放22个月(旧种子)的四翅滨藜种子为材料,在不同NaCl浓度的溶液中培养,测定3种不同处理的四翅滨藜种子在盐胁迫下发芽率、发芽指数、活力指数、胚根和胚轴的生长指标的变化。结果表明:①新种子的最高萌发浓度为0.2mol/L,旧种子和冷藏种子最高萌发浓度为0.25mol/L。②与对照相比,旧种子和冷藏种子的各指标均小于新种子,且旧种子最低。长时间自然存放和冷藏均会推迟四翅滨藜种子胚根和胚轴的延伸日期,且长时间自然存放推迟的更晚。得出长时间自然存放使种子的活力降低最快。③尽管低浓度的NaCl(0.05mol/L)处理下冷藏种子发芽率、发芽指数和活力指数均高于对照,但盐胁迫会抑制四翅滨藜种子的发芽。而对3种处理种子的胚根、胚轴的长度和生长速率的影响均表现为低浓度促进高浓度抑制。相同浓度盐胁迫对新种子和旧种子的抑制作用大于冷藏种子。说明冷藏提高了四翅滨藜种子的耐盐潜力。 In order to discuss the effects of storage condition and salt stress on the seed germination of Atriplex canescens,cultivating frozen 10 months seeds (frozen seed),natural stored 10 months seeds (new seed)and natural stored 22 months seeds (old seed) under NaCl stress,the seed's germination rate,germination index,vigor index,growth of seed's radical and hypocotyls were investigated.The results indicated that:① New seeds couldn't germinate at 0.2mol/L NaCl concentration,but the old seeds and frozen seeds could germinate at 0.25mol/L NaCl concentration.②In distilled water condition,all indexes were studied of old seeds and frozen seeds were less than new seeds,and the old seeds were the least.The growth of radical and hypocotyls time of seed was delayed by long time natural store and refrigeration,and the condition of long time natural store for Atriplex canescens seed's vigor was the worst.③Although low NaC1 concentration (0.05 mol/L) could promote the frozen seed's germination rate,germination index and vigor index,the germination of Atriplex canescens seeds could be inhibited by NaC1stress.The length and growth rate of radical and hypocotyls of three kinds of different treatment seeds were promoted at low NaC1 concentration but inhibited at high NaC1 concentration,and the inhibition of salt stress on the new seeds and old seeds was more intensity than frozen seeds under the same concentration.Indicating that refrigeration can enhance the salt endurance of Atriplex canescens seeds.
