摘要
对独蒜兰种子无菌非共生萌发条件及萌发过程中原球茎发育进行了研究。结果表明低浓度的细胞分裂素(6-BA或KT)对独蒜兰种子萌发有良好的促进作用。在独蒜兰种子的发育过程中,种胚的发育有两种方式:一种是胚转绿后突破种皮,形成原球茎;另一种是胚还未转绿时就突破种皮。
The studies on the conditions and the protocom-like-body development in the aseptic germination of Pleione bulbocodioides seeds were investigated.The results showed that the low concentration of cytokinin(6-BA or KT) can accelerate germination of Pleione bulbocodioides seeds.During the process of seed germination,two kinds of seed embryo growth were discovered.For a certain part of seeds,the embryo becomes green until breeding through the seed coat,while the embryo turns green before breading through the seed coat and forms PLBs for the others.
