畜禽用多种微量元素注射液对仔猪血液及生理生化指标的影响 被引量:1

摘要 将20头35日龄健康杜洛克仔猪随机分为试验组和对照组,每组10头。试验组仔猪每隔15 d肌肉注射畜禽用多种微量元素注射液0.8 mL,对照组注射生理盐水0.8 mL,共注射4次。前腔静脉采血,测定血液中的红细胞、白细胞、淋巴细胞的数量和血红蛋白的含量以及血清中过氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)的活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果表明,仔猪注射多种微量元素注射液后,可显著使其红细胞、白细胞、淋巴细胞的数量及血红蛋白的含量升高(P<0.05);可使仔猪血清中SOD的活性著升高(P<0.05),使MDA的含量显著降低(P<0.05),而使GSH-Px的活性极显著升高(P<0.01)。说明畜禽用多种微量元素注射液可提高仔猪的造血机能和抗氧化作用。 Twenty 35-day-old healthy duroc piglets were randomly divided into test group and control group,10 piglets each group.Piglets in test group were injected with Trace Elements Injection for Livestock and Poultry(TEI) every 15 days with 0.8 mL,and the control group was injected physiological saline 0.8ml as well,all of them were injected four times.The anticoagulated blood was taken from precaval vein of the piglets so that the amount of erythrocyte,leukocyte,lymphocyte and hemoglobin were measured.The activity of serum superoxide dismutase(SOD),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px) and the content of malonaldehyde(MDA) were measured by kits.The result showed that erythrocyte,leukocyte,lymphocyte and hemoglobin in text group increased significantly(P0.05) compared with the counterparts in control group.The activity of SOD increased and the content of MDA decreased significantly in test group in comparison with control group(P0.05) in piglets,while the activity of GSH-PX exhibited extremely significant increase(P0.01).It was proved that the hematopoietic function and antioxidation of the piglets could be improved by TEI.
