摘要
通过室内培养,研究不同质量浓度的CaCl2、KNO3、KMnO4和不同体积分数的H2O2四种化学试剂浸种对桔梗种子萌发、幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,CaCl2处理的桔梗种子,发芽势、发芽指数和苗高均显著提高。H2O2处理桔梗种子,对根长有抑制作用,而对苗高有促进作用,其中0.04 mL/mL H2O2明显地抑制了桔梗种子的发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数。0.005 g/mL KNO3处理的桔梗种子发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数、根长、苗高、可溶性蛋白和可溶性糖均明显高于对照,供试质量浓度KNO3处理桔梗种子均显著促进根长、苗高。0.003 g/mL KMnO4处理的桔梗种子发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数、根长、苗高、可溶性蛋白和可溶性糖明显高于对照,供试不同质量浓度KMnO4对桔梗苗高均有促进作用。在4种化学试剂浸种处理中0.005 g/mLKNO3和0.003 g/mL KMnO4对促进桔梗种子萌发和幼苗生长效果最佳。
Cultured experiment were used to evaluate the effects on the germination of presoaking seeds and seedling growth of Platycodon grandiflorum treated with different mass percent concentration of chemical reagents,such as CaCl2,H2O2,KNO3,KMnO4.The result showed that the different concentration of CaCl2 solution promoted germination energy,germination index,and shoot height.The different concentration of H2O2 solution inhabited root length but promoted shoot height,0.04 mL/mL H2O2 solution inhibited the germination and seedling growth of Platycodon grandiflorum.0.005 g/mL KNO3 promoted germination energy,germination percentage,germination index,root length,shoot height,soluble protein,and soluble sugar.The different concentration of KNO3 solution enhanced root length and shoot height.0.003 g/mL KMnO4 promoted germination energy,germination percentage,germination index,root length,shoot height,soluble protein and soluble sugar.The different concentration of KMnO4 solution enhanced shoot height.In the four chemicals reagents,0.005 g/mL KNO3 and 0.003 g/mL KMnO4 were effective reagents to improve the germination and growth.
