摘要
为探讨氧自由基与老年期痴呆发生发展的关系,分别测定了27例阿尔采默型老年期痴呆(SDAT),27例多发梗塞性痴呆(MID)患者和37例同龄的健康老年人血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及其同功酶活性和LPO含量.结果显示:SDAT和MID患者的T-SOD、CuZn-SOD活性和LPO含量均显著高于同龄的对照组,其中CuZn-SOD的异常阳性率最高,达59.3%;T-SOD、CuZn-SOD在不同病程的三组间有显著差异.提示SDAT和MID患者体内氧化与抗氧化之间的平衡紊乱,脂质过氧化反应增强,机体抗氧化酶系统的保护功能减弱。
In order to evaluate the role of oxygen free radicals in the pathogenesis of senile dementia,measurements were made on the levels of superoxide dismutase(SOD) with its isoenzyme activity and lipid peroxide(LPO) in 27 alzheimer typed(SDAT) senile dementia cases,27 multi intarctive dementia(MID) and 37 normal cases.The results showed that T SOD,CuZn SOD and LPO content were significantly higher in the patients with SDAT and MID than that in normal controls.The highest abnormal positive rate of CuZn SOD was 59.3%;significant differences of T SOD,CuZn SOD among three different groups were observed.It was suggested that equilibrum between oxidation and antioxidation was interferred with increased lipid peroxide reaction and discreased protection of anti oxidation enzyme system in SDAT and MID patients,which provided a useful basis in discussing the causes and pathogenesis of SDAT and MID.
