摘要
为了对磨牙纵折后保存修复的疗效作出评价，作者自１９８８年以来，采用修复性保存疗法治疗恒磨牙中部纵向折裂３１４例，经分组对照研究，发现保存治疗的效果与牙纵折前的髓病治疗的方法有明显的关系．
Since 1988,314 vertically fractured molars with pulpal involvements were treated with conservative method. The result showed that the treatment effects of vertically fractured molar with pulpal involvement were significantlly correlative to endodontic therapy before fractures.
