我国比较科技政策研究的现状及应对思路

Problems and Countermeasures for the Comparative Study of Science and Technology Policy in China

通过对比较科技政策内涵的界定,总结了我国比较科技政策研究的现存问题,即比较科技政策的相关研究文献数量少、研究质量有待提高、研究群体的结构不合理、"本土化"研究薄弱、基本研究范式单一;提出了完善我国比较科技政策研究的初步思路。

By introduction of the definition of the comparative science and technology policy,the thesis described the existing problems for the research on the comparative study of science and technology policy,that is relatively a small number of relevant research literature,research quality needs to be raised,the ill-structure for the Researchers,weak＂localization＂research,Simple and basic research paradigm;and the thesis discuss proposals for improving the research on the comparative study of science and technology policy.
