摘要
人力资本适配性指经济增长中人力资本的"合适性"与"有效性",是衡量人力资本水平的重要标志。本文结合中国经济增长实际情况,从产出适配、结构转换适配和制度变迁适配三个方面构建人力资本适配度指标体系,并利用中国30个省市自治区的数据计算人力资本适配度指数对中国人力资本总体水平进行评价。计算结果表明,中国人力资本适配程度较低,地区间差异巨大,各项适配性表现存在交互影响。
The adaptation of human capital, which is an important indicator to measure human capital levels, refers to the "suitability" and "validity" of human capital in economic growth. Considering the reality of China' s economic growth, this paper sets up an index system of human capital adaptation from three aspects, the output adaptation, structural transformation adaptation and institutional change adaptation, using the data of China' s 30 provinces and autonomous regions to calculate the index of human capital adaptation so as to evaluate the whole level of human capital in China. The results show that the adaptation of human capital in China is low, regions differ significantly, and that there is interaction among various items of adaptation.
