变压器油纸绝缘气隙放电特性及其产气规律 被引量:15

摘要 变压器油纸绝缘局部放电是引起运行变压器绝缘老化和破坏的主要原因之一,及时了解局部放电的产生与发展以及其产生气体的变化规律能判断运行变压器内部的潜伏性故障及发展,为此,基于油纸绝缘气隙放电模型,研究了变压器油纸绝缘气隙放电的产生、发展及其特征参量的变化规律,实验分析了放电发展过程中油中溶解气体的产生及变化特征,实验结果表明,油纸气隙放电产生的主要气体为H2、CH4和CO,随着放电时间的增长,绝对产气速率呈下降的趋势;结合模糊诊断探索了气隙放电与油中溶解气体的对应关系,在改良三比值编码中与气隙放电相关程度最大的编码是"100"。 Partial discharge of transformer's oil-paper insulation is one of the main reasons for the aging and disruption of operating transformer insulation. Understanding the emergence and development of partial discharge and the variation law of producing gas in time can determine internal latent fault and its development of transformer. Therefore,based on the air-gap discharge model,the emergence and development of air-gap partial discharge in the transformer oil-paper insulation,as well as the variation of its characteristic parameters,were researched. Moreover,the emergence and variation law of dissolved gas in oil with the development of discharge was experimentally analyzed. The experimental results show that:oil-paper air-gap discharge is produced by the main gas as H2,CH4,and CO,with the discharge time of growth; the absolute gas production rate shows a downward trend; combined with fuzzy diagnosis,and the relationship between air-gap discharge and dissolved gas in oil reveals that,in the three-ratio coded with the greatest degree of air-gap,the discharge-related code is "100".
