摘要
研究了硫酸锰浸种对苦荞种子萌发、苦荞芽菜生长和品质的影响。结果表明,较低浓度的硫酸锰浸种可以提高苦荞种子的活力指数和种子相关酶的活性,对苦荞芽菜的生长有促进效应,可以提高苦荞芽菜的产量、维生素C和总黄酮的含量,其中0.05%的硫酸锰浸种效果最好,与对照相比,苦荞种子发芽势、发芽率和活力指数分别提高12%、15%和50%,脱氢酶和过氧化氢酶活性分别提高11%和5%;苦荞芽菜产量、维生素C和总黄酮含量分别提高18%、26%和14%。0.1%的硫酸锰浸种对苦荞种子萌发和相关酶活性具有抑制效应,对苦荞芽菜生长和品质无促进作用。
The experiment made research on the effect of MnSO4 soaking on the germination of buckwheat seeds,the growth and quality of buckwheat sprouts.The results showed that the lower concentration MnSO4 soaking could increase the vigor index and relative enzyme activity of buckwheat seeds,improve the growth of Buckwheat sprouts,improve the yield,vitamin C and flavonoids content of buckwheat sprouts.Among the three treatments the 0.05% MnSO4 soaking was the best.Compared with the control the germination energy,germination rate and vigor index of Buckwheat seeds were improved by 12%,15% and 50%;dehydrogenase and catalase by 11% and 5%;yield,vitamin C and flavonoids content of Buckwheat sprouts by 18%,26% and 14% respectively.The 0.1% MnSO4 soaking inhibited germination of buckwheat seeds and relative enzyme activity and had no effect on the growth and quality of buckwheat sprouts.
