南瓜前期农艺性状的主成分分析 被引量:21

摘要 以50份南瓜自交系为试材,对其8个前期农艺性状(叶长、叶宽、叶面积、茎长、茎粗、节间长、第1雄花节位、第1雌花节位)进行了调查和分析。相关分析结果表明,南瓜8个前期农艺性状间存在着不同程度的相关性,其中叶长、叶宽、叶面积3者两两之间存在高度相关。方差分析表明,8个性状在50个自交系上差异极显著,存在广泛变异。主成分分析将这些变异可转化为4个主成分,分别为生长势因子、早熟因子、壮苗因子和徒长因子,其对变异的累计贡献率达89.12%,可用于南瓜自交系前期的综合评价。 In this paper,8 prophase agronomic traits(leaf length,leaf width,leaf area,stem length,stem diameter,internodes,node of male flower and female flower) of 50 Cucurbita moschata inbred lines were investigated and analysed.Correlation analysis showed different correlations were existed between every two of 8 prophase agronomic traits,in which the correlation between leaf length and leaf width,leaf length and leaf area,leaf width and leaf area were significant.Analysis of variance(ANOVA) indicated that the variations of 8 traits among 50 inbred lines were significant.These variations could be transformed into 4 main components by principal component analysis(PCA),including growing factor,precocious factor,seedling factor and moderate growth factor.The cumulative proportion 4 components contributed to the variation of 89.12%,they could be used in prematurity comprehensive evaluation of pumpkin inbred lines.
