摘要
杂交油菜秦优7号是中国目前适应区域最广,年种植面积最大的高油双低优质油菜杂交种,其芥酸含量0.39%,硫苷含量25.39μmol/g,含油量43%左右,在气候适宜的年份,含油量可达45%以上。本文基于秦优7号的选育,提出了秦优7号多基因、多亲本聚合育种技术;细胞质雄性不育系陕3A以单株为本,父母本双双互选的高效育种技术;杂交油菜种子生产中的环境系、亲本系、媒介系3个系统的理论及其相应的关键制种技术;研制的应用油菜幼芽酯酶同工酶电泳技术和建立的RAPD和SSR分子标记快速检测杂交油菜种子纯度的技术,以及种子生产的质量控制技术、产业化运作机制等。
Hybrid rapeseed variety Qinyou No.7,with erucic acid 0.39%,and glucosinolate 25.39 μmol/g,and oil content 43%~45%,has wide-region adaptivity and the biggest planting area per year in China at present.Based on the successful practice of Qinyou No.7 development,the breeding technique of polygene and polyparents polymerization,high-efficient breeding technique of CMS Shaan3A through male and female parent selection each other based on single plant,the three systems theory of environment system and parents system and medium system in Qinyou No.7 hybrids production and corresponding key reproduction technique,are proposed.The esterase isozyme electrophoresis using rapeseed buds and RAPD and SSR technique are developed to identify rapidly hybirds purity,which will be used in quality control of hybrids production and industrialization operating system etc.Due to scientificalness,practicability and innovation,all these have important reference values for CMS tri-line breeding,production and releas of hybrids.
