摘要
将3个杂交种的S1代玉米育种材料等分成2份,在97 500株/hm2和60 000株/hm2两种种植密度下连续自交选择3代,测定S3的配合力;再从上述3个基础材料的不同密度选系中各取两个GCA相对较高的S3所对应的S4分别与昌7-2杂交形成12个杂交组合。采用组合和氮肥二因素随机区组设计,分析不同密度的选系对氮肥的反应。结果表明,同一基础育种材料两种密度的选系对肥力的反应不同,高密度选系组合产量的平均值在低、中、高3个肥力水平分别高于低密度选系组合62.94%、16.46%和8.99%;不同肥力对高、低密度选系组合穗部行粒数和千粒质量的影响较大,在低肥水平条件下,高密度选系组合的行粒数和千粒质量较低密度分别增加4.7粒和35.7 g;中肥水平条件下行粒数增加2.5粒;高肥水平条件下千粒质量增加25.3 g,差异均达显著水平。
Dividing the breeding materials of three hybrids into two parts,the S3 combining ability was determined growing three generations in 97500 plants/hm2 and 60000 plants/hm2 of planting density respectively by self-crossing.S4 lines,which produced by S3 with relatively high GCA in each planting density population,were selected to cross with "Chang7-2" to form 12 crossing combinations.Two factors combining maize varieties with N fertilizers were used to study the response of density-selected crossing combinations to N fertilizer on the base of the randomized block design.The results showed that the response to N fertilizer was different between the high-and low-density-selected lines with the same genetic background.Mean yields of crossing combination of high-density-bred lines in low,middle and high N fertilizers were higher than those of crossing combination of inbred lines bred in the low density,by 62.94%,16.46% and 8.99% respectively.Grain number per ear and 1000-grain weight of maize crossing combinations originated from two planting density populations were significantly affected by fertilizer levels.The grain number per ear and 1000-grain weight of high-density-selected crossing combination were higher than those of low-density-selected crossing combination by 4.7 grains and 35.7 grams respectively in low fertility level;2.5 grains added in middle fertility level;25.3 grams added in high fertility level.
