摘要
大功率钻井泵是为满足深井、超深井钻探技术要求而研制的,缸套是钻井泵液力端的主要易损件。对所设计的大功率钻井泵的缸套进行研究分析,采用ANSYS对缸套进行了必要的应力分析和校核,验证了大功率钻井泵缸套设计的合理性,从而为大功率钻井泵缸套的研究提供理论依据。
High-power drilling pump is developed to meet the technical requirements of deep wells and ultra deep wells drilling, and cylinder liner of drilling pump is the major wearing part of hydraulic-end. The paper studies the cylinder liner of high-power drilling pump and conducts necessary stress analysis and verification for it with ANSYS. It also validates the reasonable design of cylinder liner of high-power drilling pump, which can provide a theoretical basis for the study of the cylinder liner of high power drilling pump.
