摘要
针对矿山支护用桁架生产过程设计了一套全自动桁架生产线的控制系统,阐述了控制要求、程序设计,并重点介绍了程序设计思路。运行结果表明,以PLC为控制系统的桁架生产线自动化程度高,运行稳定,操作简单,结构设计合理,极大地减轻了劳动强度。此生产线采用了2部分的分体式设计,实现了并行运行,从而提高了生产效率,减少了底环对桁架质量的影响。
According to the production of dedicated truss for mine supports, the paper designs a set of control system used for automatic truss production line, and describes its control requiremens and program design. The operation results show that the production line with PLC-based control system has the advantages of high automation level, stable operation, simple manipulation and reasonable structure. The line is built with two split parts that operates in parallel, thus the productivity improves and the influence of end rings on truss decreases.
