摘要
以面向产品广义质量的综合设计理论与方法为指导,将可视化、机构分析和有限元分析等理论结合在一起,用MATLAB、Pro/E和ANASYSWorkbench对某掩护式液压支架的设计计算、系统建模及装配、有限元分析和工作过程进行了可视化研究。实践表明,液压支架的可视化设计方法对于提高此产品的设计质量具有重要意义。
Broad product-oriented quality comprehensive design theory and method serving as a guide, combining the theory of visualization analysis, structural analysis and finite element analysis, the paper carries out visualization study on a shield support about its design calculation, system modeling and assembly, finite element and operation process with MATLAB, Pro/E and ANASYS Workbench. Practice shows that the visualization design has great significance for improving the design of hydraulic support.
