摘要
针对钢丝绳罐道张紧装置的现状,在分析目前张紧装置存在问题的基础上,设计了一种新型液压张紧装置。该装置采用双液压缸张紧方式,工作过程中利用蓄能器对液压缸保压,与现有张紧装置相比,具有结构简单、安装维护方便、张紧力稳定等优点。
According to the development status of the tension devices for steel rope guider, the paper analyses the problems of tension devices and designs a new type of tension device. It is actuated by two hydro-cylinders, and accummulator is used to keep the pressure of hydro-cylinder. Contrasted with the present tension device, the new one possesses the advantages of simple structure, convenient installation and maintenance as well as stable tension.
