摘要
针对传统提升机转子串电阻调速电控系统存在的诸多问题,提出了一种以变频调速为拖动方式,PLC为核心控制器,组态软件为人机接口平台,结合现场总线为通信纽带的全新数字化解决方案,提高了提升机电控系统的调速性能和安全可靠性,实现了数字化、网络化的控制。
Based on the problems existing in the traditional electrical control system that adjusts speed by connecting resistors in series to rotor eircuit, the paper offers a whole new digital solution in which variable-frequency speed regulation serves for the drive, PLC as the core controller, configuration software as the man-machine interface paltform and field bus for communication. The solution improves the speed regulation and security reliability of hoist electrical control system, so as to realize the control with digitalization and networking.
