衬板的设计参数对球磨机磨矿效果的影响 被引量:11

Effect of liner design parameters on grinding efficiency of ball mill

摘要 以φ5.5m×8.5m的球磨机为研究对象,采用三维离散元软件EDEM研究了衬板倾角、高度和数量等设计参数对球磨机功率和冲击能量分布的影响。结果发现,这些参数在不同程度上影响冲击能量的分布;并从单个颗粒所受合力的角度考察了衬板的倾角对颗粒破碎效果的影响。 The paper uses 3-D discrete element analysis software EDEM to analyse the effects of parameters such as liner obliquity, height and number on the power and impact energy distribution of a Ф 5.5m × 8.5 m ball mill. The results show that these parameters affect the impact energy distribution in various degrees. It also studies the effect of liner obliquity on grinding efficiency based on simulating the resultant force applied to a single particle in ball mill.
