摘要
以棉籽饼为原料,采用黑曲霉(Aspergillus niger)、热带假丝酵母(Candida tropicalis)、短小芽胞杆菌(Bacillus pumilus)、保加利亚乳杆菌(Lactobacillus bulgaricus)4种微生物的复合菌剂作为棉籽饼固体发酵的主要菌种。通过测定发酵液中糖含量的变化,考察4种菌株两两之间的关系,测定棉籽饼脱毒率和发酵前后蛋白含量。结果显示:4种菌株可以互惠共生;当黑曲霉、热带假丝酵母、短小芽胞杆菌、保加利亚乳杆菌的接种比例为2:2:1:1,固体发酵后蛋白含量为37.71%,比发酵前提高了2.74%,是良好的蛋白饲料。棉籽饼脱毒率为84.63%,棉酚含量为116.20mg/kg,达到饲用标准。
Cottonseed cake was taken as raw material and used Aspergillus niger,Candida tropicalis,Bacillus pumilus and Lactobacillus bulgaricus four main strains as compound microbial preparation to conduct solid fermentation on the cottonseed cake.The changes of sugar content in the fermentation broth were determined,the two-two relation of the four strains was observed,and detoxication rate and the changes of protein content before and after the fermentation were determined.The results showed that of the experimentation,four strains could conduct mutualistic symbiosis.When the inoculation proportion of A.niger,C.tropicalis,B.pumilus and L.bulgaricus was at 2:2:1:1,the protein content after solid fermentation was 37.71%,2.74% higher than before fermentation,and was a nice protein forage.The detoxication rate was 84.63%,gossypol content was 116.20 mg/ml,and was up to the standard for raising use.
