摘要 综述了链霉菌P450酶参与的生物转化反应,P450酶催化生物合成的电子传递途径,并对构建链霉菌P450酶全细胞系统以及该系统的功用与优化进行讨论。 Biotransformation reaction and electron transport pathway in biosynthesis process catalyzed by Streptomyces sp.P450 enzymes were summarized in this paper.Regarding the construction of whole-cell of Streptomyces sp.P450 enzymatic system,function and optimization of the system were also discussed.
