摘要
以有限元软件ANSYS的模态分析为基础,针对某产品操作台两侧和背部支撑结构,依次采用拓扑优化和遗传算法两种方法进行动力学优化计算,求出了使得整体结构刚度最大的结构形式和结构尺寸。计算结果证明,该种分析方法准确可信,能够对结构设计起到理论指导作用。
Based on modal analysis of FEM software ANSYS, topological optimization and genetic algorithm optimization are carried out for designing the back and two supporting sides structure of a control panel, both of which maximize inherent frequency of the structure, and the best style and size of the structure are found. Analysis result shows its veracity and could be used as instruction to structure design.
