摘要
叙述了一种新研制的低空机动型三坐标雷达。通过对接收、发射、天馈三个分系统的系统集成设计,运用Pro/E三维建模,从结构设计、力学分析等方面介绍了该雷达天线骨架所采用的"薄壁焊接结构"的结构设计方法,实现了天线骨架的精度、刚强度、重量的优化设计。
A new low altitude three-dimensional mobile radar is developed by our institute. Using 3D modeling technology for structural design and mechanical analysis, this paper describes the thin-welded wall structure of an antenna frame of the radar system. Optimized design was carried out for precision, structural strength and weight.
