U形托架是某型机载电子设备中实现机载型机箱与机载设备之间安装的重要零件,其压弯质量的好坏会直接影响机箱与机载设备之间的安装可靠性。从选材、板材下料、退火处理、压弯工艺及最终时效处理等方面详细地分析了影响6A02锻铝合金弯制成U形零件的关键所在,并提出了U形锻铝托架制作成形的完整工艺过程。
The U-shaped bracket is an important part of airborne electronic equipment to achieve the installation of the equipment on the chassis, the good or bad quality of its bending will directly affect the installation reliability between the chassis and the airborne equipment. Material selection, plate cutting, annealing, bending process, and the final aging treatment and other aspects are analyzed in detail.
