摘要
测定了三环唑抑制黑龙江省116个稻瘟病菌菌株黑色素化的MIC值、黑色素合成量及三环唑抑制菌丝黑色素生物合成的有效中浓度(EC50-H),测定结果表明,黑龙江省稻瘟病菌菌株产黑色素的能力差异较大,产黑色素能力最强的菌株与产黑色素能力最弱的菌株的黑色素产值相差7.26倍。从三环唑抑制稻瘟病菌黑色素合成来看,绝大多数供试菌株对三环唑表现为较敏感。
To determinethe MIC values,melanin synthesis and the effective concentration(EC50-H) of the 116 Magnaporthe grisea strains in Heilongjiang Province inhibited by the tricyclazole.The results showed that the abilities of producing melanin of the Magnaporthe grisea strains in Heilongjiang Province were great different.The melanin output value was differ 7.26 times between the strains with the strongest ability of the producing melanin and the strains with the weakest ability.From tricyclazole inhibiting on the melanin biosynthesis of Magnaporthe grisea,the most tested strains showed sensitive to the tricyclazole.
