摘要
探讨了车身覆盖件基于动力显式算法的有限元数值模拟的主要方法。应用大型非线性动力显式分析软件ETA/Dynaform5.2,讨论了汽车门外板压料面、工艺补充面的生成方法。结合汽车门外板冲压仿真模拟预测出可能出现的起皱、破裂等缺陷,通过调整压边力、拉深筋、开工艺切口等工艺参数,使产品工艺达到了优化的目的。
This paper discussed the main method of automobile panels enlement mumerical sumulation based on dynamic explicit algorithm.Using a dynamic explicit FEA software eta/DYNAFORM5.2,and introduces the generation of autombile panel's binder and addendum.Through predicting the defects such as wrinkle and cracks of automoble outdoor simulation,we adjusted pressurepad-force,drawbead,friction coefficient and adding technical cut,improved the processes and reached optimization purposes.
