摘要
麦草浆常规漂白工艺污染较大,故采用QZP短序TCF工艺漂白乙醇麦草浆。本文对麦草乙醇浆臭氧漂白后H2O2补充漂白进行了研究。高锰酸钾值18.2,白度26.4%ISO,黏度1135mL.g-1。经臭氧漂白后(臭氧用量为1.2%时),麦草乙醇浆高锰酸钾值4.0,白度增加到60%ISO,黏度为966mL.g-1。研究结果表明,在纸浆浓度12%,柠檬酸三钠用量1.0%情况下,H2O2补充漂白最佳条件为:H2O2用量3.0%,NaOH用量1.8%,漂白温度70℃,漂白时间120min,漂后浆的高锰酸钾值2.0,白度84%ISO,黏度908mL.g-1。
The short sequence QZP bleaching of wheat straw ethanol pulp was researched because of the sever pollution of the conventional bleaching process. H2O2 added bleaching after ozone bleaching was investigated. For the unbleached wheat straw ethanol pulp, the KMnO4 value was 18.2, brightness 26.4%ISO and viscosity 1 135mL.g-1. After ozone bleaching, with ozone dosage 1.2%, the KMnO4 value became to 4.0, brightness 60.0%ISO and viscosity 966 mL.g-1. In the status of pulp consistency 12%, C6H5Na3O7 dosage 1.0%, the best conditions of H2O2 added bleaching were H2O2 dosage 3.0%, NaOH dosage 1.8%, bleaching temperature 70℃, bleaching time 120min. The properties of the pulp after H2O2 bleaching were KMnO4 value 2.0, brightness 84.0%ISO, viscosity 908 mL.g-1.
