漆酶/介体体系对APMP纸浆的改性及纤维表面变化 被引量:1

Modification and Fiber Surface Changes of Alkali Peroxide Mechanical Pulp Treated with Laccase/Mediator

摘要 利用漆酶/介体体系对三倍体毛白杨碱性过氧化氢机械浆进行酶法改性处理。研究结果表明,在最佳酶促反应条件下,即:浆料浓度4%,pH5,反应温度50℃,反应时间60min,通O2时,漆酶最佳用量为2U.g-1,最佳介体用量0.5%。同时还发现,漆酶处理过程中加入介体(1-羟基苯并三唑)后,纸浆的物理强度性能均得到明显提高,对漆酶处理和空白的浆样进行纤维质量分析和扫描电镜分析的结果表明,经过漆酶处理后,纤维表面状况发生了明显的变化。 The alkali peroxide mechanical pulp (APMP) of triploid populus tomentosa was treated with laccase/mediator. The results showed that strength properties of APMP treated with laccase increased significantly compared to control handsheet.It was found that under the optimum conditions of laccase treatment:pH5, temperature 50℃, pulp consistency 4%and reaction time 60min, the optimum charge of laccase were 2U.g-1.At the same time we also used SEM to scan the pulps.The results showed that the fiber of the pulp had significantly changes.
