Improving Wet-End Chemistry Properties of Chemi-Mechanical Pulp by Enzymes

摘要 分别采用纤维素酶、木聚糖酶、复合纤维素酶、果胶酶对化机浆(CMP)进行酶处理,初步考察4种不同的酶对化机浆湿部化学特性方面的影响。结果表明,与对照浆相比,经过上述酶处理后化机浆的Zeta电位升高,滤水时间缩短,AKD施胶效果增强。在使用阳离子聚丙烯酰胺(助留剂)的情况下,经过酶处理的化机浆具有更好的助留效果。 Cellulase, xylanase, celluclast BG, pectinase are used respectively to treat chemical mechanical pulp (CMP). Influences of the four different enzymes on wet-end chemistry are studied preliminarily. The results show that higher zeta potential, shorter drainage time and reinforced sizing effects are obtained after the CMP is treated with above enzymes in comparison with original pulp sample. In the presence of cationic polyacrylamide as retention aid, the CMP treated with above enzymes may have better retention.
