摘要
以一种自主开发的改性聚丙稀为成形材料,研究其熔融沉积快速成形的工艺特点.同时,对影响该工艺的各种参数如喷嘴温度、材料性能、分层厚度、填充速度、出丝速度、填充偏置和网络间距等进行实验分析.在此基础上,提出了提高快速成形实体的精度及表面质量的一系列措施,取得了良好的成形效果.结果对于FDM工艺中有关新成形材料的开发及成形工艺参数优化控制的深入研究,提供了重要的依据.所采用的实验研究方法,对于探讨FDM工艺的一般规律同样具有重要的参考价值.
A modified polypropylene material for modeling is developed and its rapid modeling by fused deposition is studied.Experiment and analysis are conducted on various parameters influencing this technology.These inclued jettemperature performance of materical layer thickness.filling speed,outgoing speed,filling offset and netork spaces.On this basis,a series of measures are put forward for improving the accuracy of material solid and surface quality of rapid modeling,which have led to satisfactory results.The present method of experimental study is of similar reference value to the exploration of the general rule of fused deposition modeling as a technology.
